We’re so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our program that we’re willing to take all the risk. In truth, we don’t think it’s much of a risk at all. Students who read our lessons, complete our assignments and attend to the comments of our writing coaches are certain to significantly improve their writing skills.
How can I claim the refund?
You don’t have to jump through any hoops. Simply contact us by phone or e-mail. We will send you a link to a simple online withdrawal/refund form. Fill out the form, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will quickly reimburse your payment.
What do you mean by "trial period"?
For annual courses, the trial period is the first 100 days from the start of the course. For semester courses, the trial period ends after the first 50 days, and for all 9-week workshops, the trial period includes the first 30 days.
What if we decide to withdraw after the trial period?
After the trial period, and up until 50% of the course time period has elapsed, we will prorate the refund by month from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
Can I obtain a refund for any reason?
You may withdraw from a class at any time for any reason; however, you can only receive the full refund if you apply for it within the trial period, and if you are withdrawing due to dissatisfaction with some aspect of our program. The full refund will not be granted for extenuating reasons such as a change of schedule, technical issues related to your computer, or simply changing your mind about writing curriculum options.
If you withdraw from a class for a reason other than dissatisfaction, we will prorate your refund from the month we receive your withdrawal request if it is received before 50% of the course time period has elapsed.
We will, however, honor all withdrawal/refund requests that are due to a failure on our part to meet your expectations.
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from a class prior to the start date of the class, we will refund the full price, except for a $15 per class processing fee.
If a student withdraws within the Trial Period for a class due to dissatisfaction with the course, we will refund 100% of the price.
If a student withdraws for a reason other than dissatisfaction with the course, or withdraws for any reason after the Trial Period, they will receive a prorated refund if the request is received before 50% of the course time period has elapsed: we will return the unused portion.
