Labeth Youngblood

Labeth loves to hear what students have to say! She has been listening to and mentoring students for over 20 years. Some students can polish off an essay during lunch break, and others labor in tears for days to get just one paragraph on paper. Each of them has valuable things to say! Labeth knows the importance of being able to communicate directly, clearly, and with intentionality. She knows that good writing isn’t “just” about grammar, but about discovering what your message is and using the right words to deliver it creatively. She has been homeschooling since 2001 and has graduated a firefighter, a mom of two with a master’s degree, and a proud Chick-Fil-A team leader. She has one aspiring fiction author left to graduate soon! Labeth is a recent widow who lives in beautiful Midlothian, VA. She enjoys movies with rich character development, listening to audiobooks, FaceTiming her grandchildren, and watching how the Lord works in her life.
